I started to participate in the Pescar Project in 2010 at Lojas Renner.
The Pescar Project creates opportunities for access to the world of work and the conquest of citizenship for young people aged between 16 and 19 years old in a situation of social vulnerability, having a base on their personal and professional development.
The Foundation has 41 different courses, which allows the company to combine the training carried out with the socio-economic reality and the needs of the market in your region. The courses cover the areas of Industry, Personal Image, Tourism and Hospitality, Informatics, Management, Commerce, Communication, and Civil Construction.
After the period of 8 to 11 months of professional qualification and graduation at the Pescar Unit, these young people are sent to the job market. It is important to note that the Pescar Project encourages individual responsibility in young people, which reinforces their citizenship.
In 2010, over the course of 6 months, I prepared together with the young people the presentation that they would show at their graduation at Lojas Renner. We organized a choir where we rehearsed the songs "Imagine", "Pais e Filhos" and "Primavera".
In 2011, also through Projeto Pescar, working at the company AGCO Brazil, I organized the presentation for graduation with the group, rehearsing the songs "Mais uma Vez" and "Somewhere Over The Rainbow".
